Intinerary

DAY 01: SIEM REAP ARRIVAL (-/-/D)

Arrival at Siem Reap International airport , you will be welcomed by our local guide and transferred to your hotel for check in.  Take a rest from the flight and enjoy with hotel’s facilities or discover a small city of Siem Reap to see the local lifestyle and colorful of markets by your own.
This evening, will be option to have welcome dinner  with Khmer set menu and beautiful traditional Dance performance.

DAY 02: SIEM REAP (B/L/-)

After breakfast, start your day with a tour to ancient city of Angkor Thom complex, which is the last capital of Great Khmer Empire during the reign of King Jayavarman VII. After that, continue to Bayon Temple  in the center of the city temple. Continue to the Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper king as bas-reliefs are available to visit.
Afternoon, start for tour to the temples of Ta Prohm, The famous temple as “Tree in Temple” photograph opportunity, built in the mid of 12th to early of 13th centuries. Continue to Banteay Kdei, Buddhist monastery from the late 12th Century, and Srah Srang, also known as the “pool of ablutions”. Take time to visit Pre Rub Temple till sunset view over the rice field.
In evening time, you can explore Siem Reap nightlife, walking in the Pub Street or either shopping in night market area which own arrangement.

DAY 03: SIEM REAP (B/L/-)

After breakfast at the hotel, visit a famous temple of Angkor Wat. You will be departed from hotel with our local guide to visit the temple was built during the reign of king Suryavarman II in the early 12th century, Angkor Wat is constructed as earthly representation of Mt Meru, surrounded by a vast moat, Angkor Wat was dedicated to Hindu gods. Angkor Wat is well known for the more than 2,000 Apsara dancers decorating the temple.

Option: Kampung Phluk floating village- Tonle Sap Tour
If you would like to full fill your day tour, you have the option to do a half day excursion to Kampong Phluck floating villages for boat trip on the Tonle Sap Lake, where you will have the opportunity to learn about daily life of local people on the lake. You will see houses on the high stills that built within the floodplain about 16 km southeast of Siem Reap. The villages are primarily Khmer and have about 3000 inhabitants between them. Flooded mangrove forest surrounds the area and is home to a variety of wildlife including crab-eating macaques. On the way, you will passed by the floating houses.

(Note: Due to the boat trip is only possible from June to March. However an alternative floating village at Chong Knears or Mechrey can be arranged instead).

DAY 04: SIEM REAP- LUANG PRABANG (B/L/-)

Fly to Luang Prabang, a UNESCO World Heritage town, with beautifully preserved Buddhist temples and French fusion architecture.

DAY 05: LUANG PRABANG (B/-/-)

Your full-day tour highlights visits to National Museum; Wat Visoun, the oldest temple in Luang Prabang; Wat Xieng Thong, the crowning jewel of all monasteries and other temples of interest in the city. Late afternoon, climb up Mt. Phousi and discover the several wats on its slopes with a 24-metre high stupa on its peak.

DAY 06: LUANG PRABANG (B/-/-)

Participate in the daily morning ritual of saffron-clad monks collecting offerings from faithful local residents. Travel down the Mekong River to Tham Pak Ou Caves where you can visit thousands of images of buddha inside the caves. Return to Luang Prabang in the afternoon with a visit to Ban Xang Hai Village, famous for production of local rice wine whisky.

DAY 07: LUANG PRABANG- HANOI (B/-/-)

Fly to Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital.

DAY 08: HANOI CITY TOUR (B/L/-)

Today’s tour highlights visits to the One Pillar Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Temple of Literature and the Ethnology Museum. Wind up your day with an exhilarating street-level cycle ride through Hanoi’s bustling lanes and alleys at the Old Quarters.

DAY 09: HANOI – HALONG BAY (B/L/D)

Depart early morning for Halong City traveling through the Red River Delta. Discover the mysterious Tien Ong Cave which is not only a beauty spot but also an archaeological site. Covering an area of 1,000 m2 with stunning stalactites and stalagmites, the cave is one of the finest caves in Halong Bay. Join a Cooking/Fruit Carving demonstration on board and enjoy Happy Hour with “Buy One Get One Free” drinks. After dinner, enjoy squid fishing on the main deck.

DAY 10: HANOI – HALONG BAY (B/L/D)

Awake early and join the Tai Chi session on the sundeck. After breakfast on board, sail to Hang Trai Island; pass by Ang Du area, Hang Du, Kong Skull Island filming area to reach Coc Cheo Islet area. There will be time for Kayaking and swimming in Coc Cheo Islet area. Visit a floating Pearl Farm and learn about pearl cultivating and handicraft process. Discover the local life of people in Halong Bay while having a special local lunch experience

DAY 11: HALONG BAY- HANOI- HUE (B/-/-)

Enjoy Tai Chi session on the sundeck.  Sail to Cua Van floating fishing village, one of the most beautiful and the biggest floating village on Halong Bay.

Disembark at Tuan Chau Port and  transfer to Hanoi Airport and fly to Hue, the imperial capital city.

DAY 12: HUE (B/L/-)

This morning enjoy a tour on a Vespa motorbike cycled by ladies in Ao Dai (Vietnamese long dress) visiting Quoc Hoc High School, Vong Canh Hill, Ho Quyen Arena (Tiger Fighting Arena), Mr. Hè Café, and Cemtery for Nguyen Dynasty’s eunuchs. Enjoy vegetarian lunch at Thien Tam Restaurant. Visit the

Imperial Citadel (Forbidden Purple City) and the Emperor’s private residence.

DAY 13: HUE- DA NANG- HOI AN (B/L/-)

Drive to Da Nang (110km) and enjoy the beautiful landscape along the way through the Hai Van Pass. Visit the Cham Sculpture Musuem. Proceed to Hoi An, a historic trading post of seafaring Chinese, Japanese and Portuguese merchants.

DAY 14: HOI AN (B/L/-)

Enjoy a full-day tour and discover the attractions of this charming colonial town on a walking tour.Visit Hoi An markets and walk along the high streets and back streets to meet the vendors selling a variety of exotic foods. Explore the historic riverside town with stops at the Quang Cong Temple, Phuoc Kien Pagoda, Japanese Covered Bridge and Quang Dung Pagoda. Conclude your tour with a visit to the Silk Village and see how they make silk lanterns.

DAY 15: HOI AN (B/L/-)

Experience rural and fishing life on the waterways in Hoi An with a halfday tour. Highlights include a cyclo ride along country roads, a visit to an organic farm with opportunity to ride on a water buffalo on the rice paddies; paddle a Vietnamese basket boat and gain hands-on experience fishing the traditional way. Lunch is at a local home.

DAY 16: HOI AN- DA NANG- HO CHI MINH CITY (B/L/-)

Fly to Ho Chi Minh, a historic city with well-preserved colonial landmarks. Afternoon tour highlights include visits to Thien Hau Temple, Notre Dame Cathedral, Binh Tay Market, Municipal Post Office and the History Museum.

DAY 17: HO CHI MINH CITY- MEKONG DELTA- HO CHI MINH CITY (B/L/-)

Depart for Ben Tre, referred locally as land of coconut. Visit seeding cultivation in Cai Mon and Nam Cong Bonsai Garden. Cruise along the river and watch the daily life of the delta’s residents along the river banks. Enjoy cycling in the village, passing by rice fields and fruit orchards. Lunch is served with local specialties at a riverside restaurant.

DAY 18: HO CHI MINH CITY- CU CHI- HO CHI MINH CITY (B/L/-)

Spend the day exploring the Cu Chi Tunnels, a 200 km network of tunnels used by the Vietcong in the Vietnam War.

DAY 19: HO CHI MINH CITY DEPARTURE (B/-/-)

Departure day. At leisure for shopping until transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for onward flight.
